The Fox River Classic Conference (FRCC) consists of 14 teams in two divisions for football – North and South. The North Division includes: Ashwaubenon, Bay Port, De Pere, Green Bay Preble, Green Bay Southwest, Pulaski, and West De Pere. The South Division includes: Green Bay East, Green Bay West, Manitowoc, Menasha, Notre Dame, Sheboygan North and Sheboygan South. Teams will play non-conference games the first two weekends of the season before they settle into conference play. Each Division crowns it’s own champion and each division qualifies it’s own teams for WIAA play-off consideration. In addition to the six conference games that teams will play within their division, there will also be one crossover game played. The crossover game will not count in the standings to determine divisional Conference Champions, but it will count in the standings for the purpose of determining WIAA qualifying and seeding for the Football Play-offs.
Bay Port is the defending Champion in the North Division and Menasha is the two-time defending Champion in the South Division. In the WIAA State Football Play-offs in 2022 West De Pere finished as the runner-up in Division 2, losing to Kettle Morraine. Pulaski also qualified in Division 2. In Division 1 Bay Port, De Pere, and Sheboygan North qualified with Bay Port going the furthest, making it to the semi-final round. In Division 3 Menasha and Notre Dame qualified with Notre Dame eliminating Menasha in the second round before they themselves were eliminated in the third round.
